Confirming its flair for the ecclectic, this year Festival has decided to honour: actor Mohamed Bastaoui, Italian director Marco Bellocchio, American director Terry Gilliam, Indian actor and director Shah Rukh Khan, American actor-director Forest Whitaker and Moroccan actor-director Roschdy Zem.
Following last year's tributes to James Caan, Larbi Doghmi, Harvey Keitel, Kiyoshi Kurosawa and Mohamed Abderahmane Tazi, in paying tribute to strong personalities from every horizon, the Festival maintains its position as world cinema's meeting point.
